Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for our Aided Secondary Girls School located in Camp, Pune. The Lady Principal is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the school, ensuring an environment conducive to academic and personal growth for students and staff. Key responsibilities include implementing and managing curriculum development, leading and supporting teaching staff, fostering positive relationships with students and parents, and upholding the institution’s standards of excellence. The Principal will also ensure adherence to educational guidelines and regulations while inspiring innovation and school improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Educational Leadership and the ability to provide strategic direction and effective governance
- Strong experience in Curriculum Development, ideally within middle school and secondary education environments
- Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- In-depth understanding and hands-on experience in managing middle school and secondary-level Education
- Passion for fostering academic excellence and holistic development among students
- A Bachelors degree in Education and a Master's in Science/Arts is mandatory; relevant certifications in educational administration will be an added advantage.
- Experience in leading a team and managing a school environment effectively is highly desirable
