Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a School Principal, based in Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan. The School Principal will oversee the daily operations of the school, including managing academic programs, supervising teachers and staff, and ensuring high standards of education. Responsibilities include implementing and refining the school curriculum, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment, and collaborating closely with teachers, students, and parents. The role also entails strategic planning to drive the success and growth of the school while ensuring compliance with all educational standards and policies.

- Strong skills in Curriculum Development and a commitment to delivering high-quality education
- Demonstrated expertise in Educational Leadership and managing school operations
- Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with students, teachers, and stakeholders
- Comprehensive understanding of Middle School education and developmental needs
- Experience in teaching, mentoring, or administrative roles within an educational setting
- Proficiency in implementing inclusive and diverse educational practices
- Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field is preferred
- Proven ability to inspire and foster a collaborative school environment
