School Partnerships
School Partnerships is at the forefront of helping Chrysalis awaken the human potential in every child. School partnerships team is pivotal in introducing schools to Chrysalis way of education and handling the difficult role of manging customer expectations, coordinating with internal teams and the financial wellness of the organization with aplomb. Vibrant team of passionate individuals who believe in the Chrysalis way of education, the School Partnerships team comprises of ambassadors of Chrysalis who spread the word on the various Chrysalis products and offerings to customers.
What do they do?
- Understand the curriculum needs within the school and enable value added touch points through the Thinkroom & other programmes offered by Chrysalis
- Track programme outcomes and highlight the value created through Thinkroom and other programmes to school leadership and Decision Makers.
- Be the Single point of Contact for partner schools ensuring all aspects of co-ordination/ communication on material, technology, logistics.
- Drive effective Customer Management - Build rapport and maintain access with the Decision Maker Unit, including Financial and non-Financial Decision Makers as well as school leaders.
- Be responsible for Revenue Management
-Identify potential customers for Chrysalis and actively engage with and onboard them to Chrysalis.
-Identify school requirements and to drive upsell and cross sell opportunities
-Ensure prompt and consistent follow ups, collections and reconciliations on accounts with the schools
- Stay well-informed of all developments within the education ecosystem to engage key stakeholders, differentiate and highlight Thinkroom programme uniqueness
- Ensure internal review systems are kept updated and issues made visible to Manager

We also realised that it helps if you have the following:
1. Any graduate degree
2. 3~4 years of work experience in education or publishing domain
3. Willingness to travel about 15-20 days a month
Current Requirement for a School Partner
Individual Contributors are needed across the following locations:
- Kannur, Kerala
- Karur or Dindigul, Tamil Nadu
- Chennai or Pondichery, Tamil Nadu
- Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh
- Pune, Maharashtra
- New Delhi
Salary Range: Up to 8 LPA
