Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Guwahati for a School Outreach Coordinator. The candidate will be responsible for organizing and conducting outreach programs, collaborating with schools, building relationships with educators, and coordinating career development workshops. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with school representatives, delivering presentations, arranging events, and evaluating outcomes to ensure the program meets the needs of students, parents, and educators.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in organizing school outreach programs and coaching sessions
- Demonstrated ability in event planning and coordination
- Understanding of educational frameworks, career planning, and guidance
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
- Experience in public speaking or delivering presentations
- Knowledge of local education systems in Guwahati is a plus
- Proficiency in using digital tools for program management and communication
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Career Counseling, or a related field
