Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations for the school, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies aligned with CBSE standards and local regulations.
- Oversee performance appraisal processes and facilitate staff development initiatives.
- Handle employee relations, resolving conflicts and ensuring a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with all school regulations and statutory requirements.
- Collaborate with school management to plan staffing and HR strategies to meet educational goals.
Skills & Qualifications - Must-Have
- HR management experience in an educational institution
- Knowledge of CBSE school policies and regulations
- Strong recruitment and employee engagement skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage HRIS and other HR software
- Preferred
- Experience working in schools located in Devanahalli or Bangalore
- HR certification or diploma in HR management
