- Social-Emotional Counselling: Providing individual or small-group counselling to help students navigate emotional issues, bullying, anxiety, and relationship problems.
- Career & Academic Planning: Assisting with subject selection, college applications, and career exploration.
- Collaboration: Working with parents, teachers, and administrators to support student success and improve the school environment.
- Crisis Response: Providing immediate, short-term support during crises.
- Referrals: Connecting families with outside mental health professionals when necessary.
- Confidentiality & Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate, confidential records of student sessions.
