Job details:
MHP is looking for a qualified and experienced School Psychologist / School Counsellor to support our school mental health programmes across partner schools.
Eligibility:
• Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, or Rehabilitation Psychology
• A valid RCI-recognised diploma or additional RCI qualification with active RCI registration
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Experience in student counselling and behaviour modification
• Good communication, coordination, documentation, and digital skills
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement MHP school mental health programmes and modules as per the defined structure
• Follow and regularly update the MHP Dashboard and technology platform
• Provide individual and group counselling to students
• Support students with emotional, behavioural, social, and adjustment-related concerns
• Apply appropriate behaviour modification strategies
• Conduct teacher and parent orientation programmes
• Conduct school awareness programmes aligned with NEP 2020 guidelines and MHP modules
• Maintain counselling records and submit weekly reports
• Identify and escalate cases requiring further psychological assessment or specialised intervention
• Coordinate regularly with teachers, school principals, and the MHP HOD
• Attend review meetings, supervision sessions, and programme-related meetings as required
The selected professional should be comfortable working within a structured school mental health programme and following MHP modules, dashboard protocols, documentation systems, and reporting guidelines.
