Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a School Coordinator. The School Coordinator will oversee daily school operations and work closely with teachers, students, and parents to ensure effective implementation of educational programs. They will monitor student progress, organize training workshops for staff, and support youth development initiatives. The role involves developing and maintaining an engaging learning environment while addressing the unique challenges faced by students from underserved communities.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills to collaborate with students, teachers, parents, and other stakeholders effectively.
- Knowledge and experience in Education and Youth Development to manage and support student learning and well-being.
- Proficiency in Educational Leadership and Training to guide and mentor staff and promote professional development.
- Ability to manage administrative tasks, plan programs, and implement solutions for challenges in an academic setting.
- Passion for working with children from underserved communities and a firm belief in the transformative power of education.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, or related fields; Master’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
