Are you passionate about helping individuals discover the right career path? We're looking for a dedicated Career Counselor to join our team and make a meaningful impact on students' career journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychometric assessments and analyze results to identify students' strengths, interests, and career suitability.
- Deliver one-on-one career counseling sessions to guide students in making informed academic and career decisions.
- Develop personalized career roadmaps tailored to each student's goals, abilities, and aspirations.
- Maintain accurate counseling records, assessment reports, and student documentation.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with students to monitor progress and provide ongoing guidance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless counseling experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in career counseling, student counseling, or a related role.
- Master's in Psychology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in psychometric assessment interpretation is preferred.
- Ability to build rapport with students and provide empathetic, solution-oriented guidance.
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
