Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group counselling to students.
- Guide students with academic, emotional, behavioural, and career-related concerns.
- Conduct life skills, mental wellness, and awareness programs.
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to support students' overall development.
- Maintain counselling records and recommend appropriate interventions when required.
Eligibility
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counselling, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience as a School Counsellor.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working with children and adolescents.
