Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site position for an Admission Counselor at Casagrand International School in Gaganpahad, Hyderabad. The Admission Counselor will connect with prospective students and families, providing information about the school's programs and guiding them through the admission process for a smooth enrollment experience. Responsibilities include reaching out to potential applicants, conducting campus tours, addressing inquiries, and maintaining records, all while upholding the school's commitment to quality education.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to engage with prospective students and their families effectively.
- Experience and proficiency in Customer Service and Sales to provide an excellent enrollment experience.
- Familiarity with the Education industry and a passion for promoting value-driven learning programs.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships in a multi-disciplinary environment.
- Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in the admission process.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; prior experience in education admissions or counseling is a plus.
