- The School Admission Counsellor is a full-time, on-site position in GaganPahad, Hyderabad, responsible for guiding prospective families through the admission process from inquiry to enrollment.
- This role includes handling inquiries, conducting campus tours, explaining curricula, and following up with leads to convert prospects.
- Additional responsibilities involve maintaining records, coordinating with teams, participating in admission events, and ensuring a welcoming experience for all families.
- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and families, along with a customer service mindset to provide a responsive experience.
- Sales skills are essential for managing inquiries and converting prospects while prioritizing students' interests.
- Mandatory proficient languages: Hindi, Telugu & English.
- A background in education or relevant experience in admissions, counseling, or front-office operations is preferred.
- A Bachelor’s degree is required, ideally in education, psychology, or management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and data management is necessary, with familiarity in CRM systems being beneficial.
- The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work on-site full-time in Gaganpahad, Hyderabad.
