Key Responsibilities
• Guide prospective families through school programs and the admissions process.
• Conduct student interactions, interviews, and basic assessments.
• Organize school tours, open houses, and community outreach events.
• Support enrollment goals by coordinating with faculty and school leadership.
• Maintain accurate student records and admissions documentation.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding school programs, policies, and updates.
• Assist in daily administrative coordination and ensure smooth front-office operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Prior experience in school administration, admissions, teaching, counseling, or education management is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with parents, students, and staff.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude with a patient, approachable, and child-friendly personality.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with the ability to work closely with educators and management.
• Good problem-solving ability and adaptability.
• Basic proficiency with computers, email, spreadsheets, and school management systems.
• Professional presentation and a strong sense of responsibility.
