We're looking for a driven School Account Manager to grow our presence on the ground — building relationships with schools, enrolling students into our programs, and converting trial users into long-term subscribers.
Responsibilities
- Drive brand awareness through school visits, events, and community outreach in Delhi NCR
- Enroll students in free trial programs and manage end-to-end conversion to paid subscribers
- Own follow-ups, renewals, and long-term engagement with students and parents
- Maintain accurate records of pipeline and activity
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in EdTech, B2C, or field sales
- Strong communication skills in English
- Comfortable with field work — school visits, outdoor events, community interactions
- Must own a 2-wheeler for travel
Compensation & schedule
- CTC: ₹10 LPA (₹8L fixed + ₹2L variable) + travel allowance
- Monday to Saturday, 11 AM – 8 PM · Sunday off
