Role Description
The School Account Manager is a full-time on-site role(Individual Contribution) based in Chennai. The primary responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with Student and Parents , addressing client needs, and ensuring seamless implementation of the UPRIO product . This position requires frequent communication with Parents, Students to provide support gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement and growth in their School Academics .
Qualifications
- Experience in Counselling the students and Parents , client relations, or sales within the education sector.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of education trends and familiarity with ed-tech or AI-powered platforms is advantageous.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to address challenges effectively.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic technological platforms to track client interactions and performance metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or related field; relevant experience in lieu of a degree will also be considered.
- Fluency in English and Tamil, with a focus on clear communication and cultural sensitivity.
