Sales and Customer Service

Scholastic has opportunities for both the sales and customer service fields. Sales representatives focus on building meaningful relationships with our customers to maximize overall satisfaction, retention and revenue. Opportunities are available in a variety of Scholastic product areas utilizing a consultative sales and service approach. Opportunities for direct customer contact are also in the customer service area. Scholastic customer service representatives process inbound customer service calls and provide support through various channels including phones, email and chat.
