We are seeking motivated Telemarketers/Inside Sales Representatives to join our on-site team in West Hempstead (Nassau County, NY). In this role you’ll engage prospective customers by phone to promote products, answer questions, capture customer details, and close sales.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver approved scripts to present digital and print advertising products and services clearly and persuasively
Conduct customer meetings (Zoom or phone) to qualify prospects and gather feedback to provide meaningful proposals
Clearly explain product features, pricing, and promotions
Collect and verify customer information for CRM entry, sales orders and billing (name, address, payment details)
Record and maintain accurate contact and sales activity logs in the company CRM
Achieve call and meeting goals to build new business and achieve sales goals
Maintain strong relationships with your advertisers to generate ongoing sales
