Front-end Developer, Design System

As a Design System Front-End Developer, you will be integral to developing and maintaining our design system, focusing on creating a consistent and scalable UI framework for various projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the user interface of our platform, ensuring a cohesive and high-quality experience across multiple touchpoints with the highest level of rigor and practice. Component Development and Documentation Develop and refine design system components to ensure they are scalable, reusable, and meet project requirements. Document component behavior and set coding standards to maintain consistency and quality. Maintain a unified user interface across platforms: Web, iOS, and Android platforms. Collaboration and Implementation Work closely with designers and engineers to align the design system with aesthetic and functional needs. Implement advanced frontend features using frameworks such as React and TypeScript. Clearly communicate, document, and convey how components should be used to maximize their utility across teams. Technical Excellence and Culture Engage with Scalable Engineering and modern principles of decoupled systems, high ownership, and automated CI/CD/testing/monitoring. Integrate accessibility principles into your development practices. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, user experience, and tooling.
