Digital Marketing Project & Account Manager The US Digital Marketing team at Schneider Electric is hiring a Digital Marketing Project & Account Manager to support the continued growth and adoption of our partner digital marketing ecosystem. The Digital Marketing Resource Center is Schneider Electric’s central platform enabling channel partners to activate integrated digital marketing campaigns, including cobranded email, social, eBooks, brochures, landing pages, paid media, and more. This role plays a critical part in driving partner engagement, campaign performance, and effective use of Marketing Development Funds (MDF). The Digital Marketing Project & Account Manager acts as a strategic partner to assigned accounts—proactively guiding campaign activation, recommending optimizations, and supporting measurable digital marketing outcomes across the channel. Key Responsibilities Partner Enablement & Account Management Own and proactively manage a portfolio of ~60 partner accounts to drive adoption and ongoing usage of the Digital Marketing Resource Center. Serve as a subject matter expert on Schneider Electric digital campaigns, integrated marketing programs, and available DMRC resources. Conduct regular partner touchpoints (bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly) to recommend relevant campaigns, content, and platform features aligned to partner business goals. Provide strategic guidance on how partners can effectively invest Marketing Development Funds in eligible digital activities. Campaign Strategy, Optimization & Insights Make data-driven recommendations on website content, campaign selection, paid media, and messaging using Google Analytics (GA4), ad performance data, and digital marketing best practices. Maintain in-depth knowledge of assigned accounts, including active channels, spend levels, and performance trends. Deliver monthly or quarterly performance updates to the DMRC Team Lead, highlighting results, insights, and growth opportunities across accounts. Digital Marketing Execution & Operations Support ongoing email marketing, paid search (Google Ads), paid social, and integrated digital marketing campaigns. Lead campaign tracking, marketing briefs, budget planning, and coordination across internal and external stakeholders. Develop and distribute partner-facing communications, including account outreach and monthly newsletters. Contribute to internal communications, campaign updates, and performance reporting for cross-functional teams. Cross-Functional & Agency Collaboration Partner closely with the paid media coordinator to support account communications, campaign reviews, and project management. Serve as a point of contact for agencies supporting content development and paid media execution. Provide operational project support for key initiatives, including award submissions, webinars, internal updates, and external communications. Required Skills & Experience Strong working knowledge of: Email marketing Google Ads Paid social media Google Analytics (GA4) Integrated digital marketing campaigns Experience managing multiple accounts or stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
