About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled a Software Verification and Technical Support Manager to lead our software verification team and ensure the delivery of high-quality applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team management, software verification, technical support, handling the technical challenges, test automation, and stakeholder management, along with experience in resource planning, and hardware integration. Key Responsibilities: Team Management & Planning - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software verification engineers and technical support professionals. - Plan and allocate resources, including test equipment, tools, and team bandwidth, to meet project deadlines. - Establish and enforce best practices for software testing, verification, and validation. - Strong collaboration with P.O.s and technical leads. Test Strategy & Execution - Develop and implement test strategies, ensuring comprehensive test coverage for software releases. - Track and monitor test progress, defects, and quality metrics, ensuring timely resolution of issues. - Drive test automation initiatives to improve efficiency and coverage. - Oversee test environment setup, including hardware-software integration, where applicable. Technical Support & Feedback Management - Lead the technical support team in troubleshooting and resolving customer-reported issues efficiently. - Maintain a structured approach to documenting and addressing customer concerns. - Work closely with other tech support team to understand pain points, gather feedback, and implement improvements. Stakeholder Coordination & Reporting - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and customer support, to align on requirements and deliverables. - Provide regular updates on test progress, quality metrics, and risk assessments to senior management and stakeholders. - Define and manage KPIs to measure software quality and support effectiveness. Process Improvement & Automation - Identify opportunities for process improvements in software verification and technical support. - Drive automation initiatives for test execution and reporting. - Implement industry best practices for continuous quality improvement.
