Maintenance Technician Overview Responsibilities: - Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems and equipment - Perform preventive maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance of all equipment - Identify and resolve issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 2-5 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role - Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics, technical manuals, and work orders - Skilled in the use of various hand tools, power tools, and test equipment - Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to work in a safe manner - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills - Effective communication and teamwork skills - Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
