Responsibilities:
- Operate dozers for rough and fine grading on commercial and residential sitework projects
- Use GPS machine control systems to achieve accurate grades and elevations
- Read and interpret plans, stakes, and site layouts
- Perform daily equipment inspections & basic maintenance
- Work closely with foremen and grade crews to stay on schedule
- Maintain safe operation in active, fast-paced jobsites
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of dozer operating experience in site development
- Proven experience with GPS grading systems (Topcon, Trimble, or similar)
- Ability to cut grade accurately and efficiently
- Strong understanding of sitework, elevations, and compaction
- Ability to work independently without constant direction
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation

Pay: $28–$38/hr (based on experience) + Overtime
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday + OT as needed, occasional weekends
Location: Jobsites located within a 75-mile radius of Blandon, PA
