Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated Commercial Sales Representative to expand our commercial client base and drive revenue growth. This role is ideal for a results-oriented sales professional who thrives on prospecting, networking, and building long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and develop new commercial pest control accounts
- Conduct site inspections and assess customer needs
- Prepare and present customized pest management proposals
- Build strong relationships with property managers, facility managers, and business owners
- Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline reporting
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Represent the company professionally at networking events and industry functions
Qualifications
- Proven B2B sales experience
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, and face-to-face sales
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
