Job Description

Work with Region and Territory leaders to develop a robust activity schedule based on their calendar. Contact targeted advisors to schedule visits, track schedule and report on results and efforts. Proactively contact advisors and their staff and to schedule meetings with Ameriprise field leader and is liaison for any scheduling changes. Additional duties include providing expense processing, proactive and timely data entry into CRM system (Salesforce), and reference and utilize various results reporting to recognition and communications.

Key Responsibilities

Proactivity contact advisors and their staff over phone and email to sell the value proposition of meeting with a field leader and is liaison for any scheduling changes.

Manage advisor expectations regarding leader availability and conflicts.

Renegotiate new appointment times as needed and articulate the value of an advisor will receive by meeting with a leader. Requires weekly 1:1 with each senior territory coordinator.

Work with senior territory coordinator/ leaders to create a message that increases an advisor’s willingness to schedule an appointment.

Develop and maintain relationships with advisors and staff to increase influence and effectiveness.

Provide support to the field leader and team by entering advisor contact and engagement into Salesforce to track and report on advisor contact campaigns.

Reference and utilize various results reporting to recognition and communications.

Provide expense processing support to leaders. Responsibilities include preparing and tracking expense reports, reconciliation of corporate card charges and processing invoices.

Plan and execute events. Provide event management support and ensure the logistics and event details occur as planned.

Required Qualifications

Calendar Management, Expense and Travel Management.

Manage multiple time zones simultaneously.

Communicate effectively with leaders & advisors.

Excellent networking skills.

Able to multi-task and balance activity to be equitable across leaders.

Work independently to schedule time with prospective advisor.

Preferred Qualifications

Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Salesforce, MS Teams, BOX.

In-Office Collaboration

Experience of working in multinational companies/ US based company.
