As we continue to grow, we're looking for an enthusiastic IT Recruiter to join our HR & Talent Acquisition team in Pune. Role Summary: As an IT Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying and attracting top technology talent to join our dynamic team. You'll be part of a collaborative hiring environment where your ideas are valued, your growth is encouraged, and your contribution directly impacts our success. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from understanding role requirements to onboarding selected candidates. Partner with hiring managers and delivery teams to align on technical skill needs and project priorities. Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases. Conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical rounds to ensure a seamless candidate experience. Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate interactions. Contribute to employer branding initiatives and support recruitment drives or campus hiring programs. Ensure a positive and transparent hiring experience for every candidate. Desired Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA in HR preferred). 0–2 years of experience in IT/technical recruitment. Basic understanding of IT technologies, roles, and current hiring trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and teamwork. Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
