About the role

Designation: DTP Operator 

Location: Mumbai

CTC: 4.80 LPA

Annual Retention Bonus – 10%. This is part of the above CTC and released on completion of one year. Subject to being on the payroll and not serving notice period.

Years of experience: 1.5 - 2 years 

We’re looking for someone who’s got a sharp eye for detail and loves bringing structure and polish to creative work. As our DTP Operator, you’ll help turn ideas and content into well-formatted brochures, emailers, presentations, and other materials that look professional and feel easy to read. We need someone who’s comfortable using tools like Illustrator & Photoshop understands basic print and digital formats, and can spot a misaligned margin from a mile away.

Key Responsibilities

1. Document Formatting & Layout:

o Design and format Emailers, brochures, banners, flyers, ppt etc.

o Ensure correct copy, sizes, margins, font choices, spacing, and alignment.

2. Software Use:

o Work with DTP software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and MS Office.

o Convert raw or main designs into different digital-ready formats.

3. Proofreading & Quality Control:

o Check for typos, formatting errors, and layout issues.

o Ensure consistency in design and adherence to style guides.

4. File Management:

o Prepare and export files in appropriate formats.

o Maintain organized records of projects and revisions.

5. Collaboration:

o Work closely with designers, content writers, and other team members to ensure the final product meets the project requirements.

o Adjust layouts based on feedback and project needs.

6. Staying Updated:

o They need to keep up with the latest trends and advancements in DTP software and printing techniques.

Skills Required

· Strong knowledge of DTP and graphic design software.

· Eye for detail and design aesthetics.

· Understanding of printing processes and color standards (CMYK, RGB).

· Time management and multitasking abilities.
