About the Company
ACASA is a leading fenestration company with a 2-acre state-of-the-art manufacturing unit in Punjab. We specialize in aluminum and UPVC doors, windows, facades, curtain walls, skylights, glass railings, and complete fenestration solutions.
We are looking for energetic and proactive Field Executives (Scanners) to identify potential projects, visit construction sites, and generate quality leads for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Visit construction sites, residential projects, commercial developments, and ongoing building projects to identify potential business opportunities.
Collect and share details of builders, contractors, architects, developers, and project owners.
Generate qualified leads for aluminum and UPVC doors, windows, facades, and related products.
Maintain daily records of site visits and leads generated.
Conduct market surveys and gather information on upcoming projects.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-up and conversion.
Build and maintain relationships with local contractors, architects, and site supervisors.
Submit daily and weekly activity reports to the reporting manager.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Basic knowledge of construction sites and building projects will be an added advantage.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
Mandatory Requirements
Must own a two-wheeler.
Must possess a valid driving license.
Willingness to travel regularly for field visits.
