At Next Synergy Solutions, we are looking for a Scan to BIM Specialist with 3–5 years of experience to join our growing team working on international projects across the US and UK.
Job Title: Scan to BIM Specialist (3–5 Years Experience)
Location: Ahmedabad
No of position : 5
Joining : Immediately or maximum within 1 month
Key Responsibilities:
• Convert point cloud data into accurate BIM models (LOD 200–400)
• Work with tools like Revit, Recap, AutoCAD, and point cloud software
• Coordinate with clients to understand project scope and participate in review meetings
• Manage and guide a team of modelers
• Perform quality checks and model audits before delivery
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in Scan to BIM / Point Cloud to BIM projects.
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and point cloud tools such as Recap, CloudCompare, or similar software.
- Solid understanding of BIM standards, LOD requirements, and modeling workflows.
- Experience working with large point cloud datasets from laser scanning or LiDAR.
- Good communication skills for client interaction and project discussions.
- Ability to review team work, provide feedback, and maintain quality standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
