Job Title: Video Editor Location: This is a full-time, permanent remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere. Employment Type: Full-time About ScaleX Media: We're a performance marketing agency for coaches, creators, and trainers, helping our clients scale exponentially and profitably. We work with some of the top trainers and coaches in the industry and manage ad spends of more than ₹15 crores/month. We are growing at 2X! We are currently a team of fun-loving 150+ members consisting of performance marketers, graphic designers, video editors, copywriters, and other leadership positions from all over the country. We're all working towards one goal - 'Disrupting education by helping meaningful coaches reach more people'. Why are we hiring for this position? To collaborate with top notch coaches and business leaders and bring their ideas to life by creating spectacular and engaging visuals. What does an ideal candidate look like? 1+ years of experience with video editing. In depth knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro OR Final Cut Pro OR DaVinci Resolve Self-directed and proactive Strong attention to details Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Capable of collaborating effectively within a team. Ability to communicate well in written & spoken English Able to consistently derive valuable insights from both current and past data trends No formal education/degree is necessary A portfolio of work is desirable Bonus points if you have: Experience working with Adobe After Effects, Photoshop & other tools which can maximise your output Roles and Responsibilities: Reviewing footage and selecting the best shots Assembling footage into a cohesive story Adding visual effects, sound, and other elements to enhance the final product Collaborating with producers and other members of the production team Staying current with new editing techniques and technologies. What's necessary ? Laptop / Desktop with the necessary configuration to seamlessly edit high quality videos. Stable internet connection and power backup.
