Role Overview As our Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will helm the strategy and execution of influencer marketing & performance marketing You'll be at the forefront of accelerating Scaler's mission to reshape engineering education. In this role, you'll combine creativity with data-driven insights to champion brand growth, build partnerships, and expand our footprint in a highly competitive market. Key Responsibilities 1. Influencer Marketing • Identify and collaborate with top-tier influencers, industry experts, and thought leaders to boost brand awareness. • Negotiate partnerships, design compelling influencer campaigns, and track results to ensure high-impact reach. 2. Performance Marketing • Own end-to-end performance marketing funnels across channels (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). • Plan and optimize campaigns to drive qualified leads and student enrollments. • Analyze key metrics (CPI, CPL, CAC, ROAS) to steer budget allocation and continuously improve ROI. 3. Content Marketing • Develop and oversee a content roadmap aligned to Scaler's mission, highlighting success stories, student journeys, and program innovations. • Collaborate with internal teams (product, curriculum, admissions) to create high-quality, engaging, and shareable content. • Distribute content via owned channels, third-party publications, and social platforms to reinforce brand leadership in education. 4. Partnerships • Establish and cultivate strategic alliances with edtech companies, corporates, and industry bodies. • Negotiate and structure partnerships that drive brand visibility, student enrollment, and thought leadership. • Measure and report on partnership ROI, ensuring sustained value for both Scaler and partner organizations. 5. Strategic Leadership & Team Collaboration • Serve as a key stakeholder in cross-functional initiatives, working closely with Admissions, Product, and Operations to align marketing efforts with institutional objectives. • Lead and mentor a small but high-performing team; foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence. • Continuously refine marketing strategies using real-time data and market trends, positioning SST as a category leader in higher education.
