Scaler Mentor

We are looking for experienced software developers to join our team as Scaler Mentors. As a Scaler Mentor, you will be responsible for providing 1-on-1 mentorship and guidance to our students, helping them improve their technical skills and prepare for interviews at top tech companies. You will also be involved in designing and delivering interactive live classes on various programming concepts and best practices. Responsibilities: - Provide 1-on-1 mentorship and guidance to our students - Design and deliver live interactive classes on programming topics - Evaluate student projects and provide feedback - Help students prepare for technical interviews - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies Requirements: - 3+ years of experience as a software developer - Strong programming skills in at least one popular language (e.g., Python, Java, C++, JavaScript) - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Good communication and teaching skills - Passion for learning and sharing knowledge - Familiarity with industry best practices and coding standards
