About the role
We are looking for a Scaler Associate to join our team and help us in our mission to transform the lives of aspiring tech professionals. As a Scaler Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Providing personalized guidance and support to our mentees throughout their learning journey
- Conducting periodic check-ins and one-on-one sessions to understand their progress and challenges
- Collaborating with the curriculum and content teams to ensure our programs are delivering the desired outcomes
- Identifying and addressing learning gaps and pain points faced by our mentees
- Maintaining strong relationships with our mentees and acting as their go-to resource for all their queries and concerns
