About the role

As a Back End Engineer at Scaler, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the backend systems that power our innovative online tech education platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable and efficient solutions that enhance the user experience and drive the success of our platform. Key responsibilities include: - Designing and implementing robust, scalable, and fault-tolerant backend systems using modern technologies and best practices - Developing and maintaining APIs, databases, and other backend components to support the frontend applications - Optimizing application performance, reliability, and security - Participating in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, design, implementation, testing, and deployment - Collaborating with the frontend, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure seamless integration and a cohesive user experience - Continuously improving the codebase, identifying and addressing technical debt - Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to contribute to the company's innovation efforts The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in backend development, a passion for problem-solving, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, scalable solutions. Experience in working with modern web frameworks, databases, and cloud-based architectures is highly desirable.
