Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Scaffolding Supervisor, based in Rajasthan, India. The Scaffolding Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the installation, inspection, and dismantling of scaffolding structures in compliance with safety standards. Additional responsibilities include managing the team of scaffolders, ensuring the correct use of fall protection measures, conducting routine safety checks, and ensuring overall site safety for all employees working at heights. The role requires close collaboration with other site managers to ensure timely project delivery while maintaining high safety standards.
Qualifications
- Proven Supervisory Skills, including leadership and management of scaffolding teams
- Experience in Scaffolding assembly, inspection, and compliance with safety regulations
- Proficiency in Dismantling scaffolding structures safely and efficiently
- Competency in Working at Height and understanding of Fall Protection measures
- Strong understanding of workplace safety and construction-site best practices
- Certification in scaffolding safety or relevant training is highly desirable
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with local safety protocols and regulations in India is an advantage
