Role Description The Scada Ignition Developer will design, develop, and maintain SCADA applications using the Ignition platform, with a focus on reliability, scalability, and security. Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring and integrating data from IoT devices and industrial control systems, building dashboards and visualizations, creating alarms and notifications, and optimizing data flows and performance. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, implementing best practices for industrial automation and data analytics, documenting solutions, and providing technical support and troubleshooting. This is a full-time remote role, requiring the ability to work independently, coordinate with distributed teams, and meet project timelines.

Qualifications
- Strong experience with SCADA systems and Ignition platform development, including project configuration, scripting, and module use.
- Solid understanding of industrial automation concepts, PLCs, OPC/OPC-UA, MQTT, and integration with IoT devices and sensors.
- Proficiency in programming or scripting (e.g., Python, Java, SQL) for data processing, automation workflows, and custom SCADA functionalities.
