Position: SCADA Engineer – Renewable Energy
Company: L&T
Experience: 5–12 Years
Required Skills:
- SCADA design, engineering & commissioning
- Experience with Siemens, Schneider, GE, ABB platforms
- Protocols: IEC 60870-5-104, Modbus TCP/IP, OPC UA, DNP3
- FAT, SAT, troubleshooting & site support
- Industrial networking & cybersecurity concepts
- Renewable energy project experience (Solar/Wind/BESS)
Preferred:
- Azure / AWS / Google Cloud
- Power BI / Tableau
- Python / SQL
Responsibilities:
- Review SCADA architecture & engineering deliverables
- Support commissioning strategies & testing
- Coordinate with EPC/vendors/project teams
- Ensure cybersecurity & technical compliance
- Handle commissioning support and operational troubleshooting
