IT Recruiter (Bengaluru)

Sberbank India is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruiter to join our expanding team in our office in Delhi. Recruiter will be responsible for recruitment in IT departments at Sberbank India. This role focuses on searching high qualified candidates, building strong relationships with hiring managers and represent our values across the job market. Responsibilities: · Conducting full cycle of selection of IT specialists and experts (Developers C#, Java, System Analysts, DevOps and etc.) · Closing vacancies according to the hiring plan · Conducting proactive search of candidates from different sources (Linkedin, Naukri, reference, direct search, etc) · Labour market analytics · Building effective relationships with job seekers, provide support at all stages of recruitment · Participation in HR projects · Maintaining internal reporting Requirements: · University graduate (preferably Human Resources or Management) · 7+ years of experience in IT hiring · Previous experience working in a bank would be an advantage · Advanced command of Excel · Good understanding of IT sphere · Successful experience in closing various types of vacancies · Readiness to take ownership · Multitasking skill
