The SBX team has a wealth of expertise in both the in-house and digital auction space, and is based in Europe, America and the Middle East. SB was founded in 2017 and has since built a strong global network of collectors, dealers and car manufacturers. SBX Cars was founded to provide a space where buyers and sellers of premium vehicles around the world can connect. SBX Cars is a rapidly growing automotive auction platform, specializing in connecting buyers and sellers of high-quality pre-owned vehicles. Due to the growth of the business and recent hiring of additional Consignment Specialists, the number of daily and monthly submissions is expected to increase significantly. This presents an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to leverage their strong communication skills and passion for cars in a fast-paced to join us as an Account Representative. What You'll Do: Deliver exceptional customer service to both buyers and sellers by responding to inquiries promptly and developing processes to improve communication efficiency. Schedule photo shoots and vehicle inspections, ensuring high-quality, professional listings that align with brand consistency. Work closely with videographers and photographers to capture the best quality imagery for all car listings. Write engaging and accurate car descriptions that highlight the unique features and benefits of each vehicle. Collaborate with the marketing team to provide details and content for blog posts, social media, and the website, promoting car sales and driving brand visibility. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, liaising with sellers and vehicle owners as needed. Act as the first point of contact for any complaints, ensuring swift and professional resolution. Perform regular data entry and manage dashboards related to car consignments and transactions, focusing on vehicle and client information. Upload photos, videos, and description drafts to listings, as well as relevant documentation to dashboards. Conduct vehicle valuations. Perform additional duties as directed by the Senior Account Representative. What You'll Have: Experience in client services or a premium customer service role. In-depth knowledge of luxury car brands, models, features, and market trends. Experience with Salesforce is preferred, however, we are able to offer training. Experience using Adobe Creative Suite for photo editing. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and resolve issues early. Ability to identify areas for improvement and suggest enhancements to our services. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across sales teams and the wider business. Comfort in a fast-paced start-up environment while maintaining high-quality standards. Friendly and professional demeanor, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
