Daya Analyst

We are a dynamic IT company providing services in software development, web and mobile app solutions, and technical support. We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our growing team to help derive actionable insights from data and support business decision-making. Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends and patterns. Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into analytical solutions. Perform statistical analysis to support business strategies and decision-making. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor business performance. Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Work closely with developers and business teams to ensure data accuracy and availability. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience (1-3 years) in data analysis or a similar role. Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation. Strong Excel skills; experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar. Working knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in eCommerce, IT services, or a fast-paced tech environment. Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Google BigQuery). Understanding of basic statistical methods and predictive analytics.
