Role Overview We're looking for a proactive and analytical Business Analyst Intern to support our product and project teams. The role offers practical exposure in gathering requirements, analyzing business data, and helping translate needs into technical solutions ideal for recent graduates looking to kickstart a career in business analytics. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients or internal stakeholders. Conduct market and competitor research to support project decisions. Prepare reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to present findings. Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are met. Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and feedback documentation. Create user stories, flowcharts, wireframes, and documentation as needed. Requirements Basic understanding of business analysis, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and agile methodology. Familiarity with tools like MS Excel, PowerPoint, or any BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.). Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks. Must have a personal laptop/PC and stable internet connection. Final-year students or recent graduates in Business, IT, or related fields are encouraged to apply. What We Offer Monthly stipend up to 25,000. Real-time project experience and mentorship.
