π Role: Saviynt Support Specialist
NextGen Identity is seeking a skilled Saviynt Support Specialist to manage and support enterprise IAM solutions built on the Saviynt platform. This role is ideal for professionals with strong troubleshooting expertise, operational support experience, and a solid understanding of identity governance processes.
π Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2/L3 support for Saviynt IGA platform, ensuring system stability and performance
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to access requests, certifications, and integrations
- Manage and maintain workflows, connectors, and security configurations
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures
- Support periodic access reviews, audit requests, and compliance activities
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to address incidents and service requests
- Work on enhancements, bug fixes, and continuous improvements in the Saviynt environment
π§© Required Skills & Experience:
- 5β8 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Hands-on experience in Saviynt support, troubleshooting, and administration
- Strong understanding of IGA concepts such as provisioning, certifications, and RBAC
- Experience working with SQL, APIs, and directory services (AD/LDAP)
- Familiarity with incident management and ticketing tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Saviynt certification is an added advantage
