Saviynt Practice Leader / Senior Architect – Presales & Delivery
Location:
- India (Hyderabad / Bangalore / Chennai / Pune / Remote- India)
- Candidate must be based in India
- Must be willing to travel frequently to North America (USA/Canada) for customer meetings, workshops, architecture discussions, and executive presentations

Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned IAM leader with deep expertise in Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC), strong presales capabilities, and extensive experience integrating IAM platforms with complex enterprise ecosystems, especially SAP environments.
The ideal candidate will act as a strategic advisor to enterprise customers while also leading solution architecture, practice development, customer workshops, delivery governance, and technical presales activities.
This role requires someone who can confidently engage with:

- Application owners
- Delivery and implementation teams

Key Responsibilities:
Presales & Solution Consulting:
- Lead Saviynt presales engagements for enterprise customers across North America
- Conduct discovery workshops, architecture discussions, and IAM assessments
- Design enterprise IAM strategies and transformation roadmaps
- Drive RFP/RFI responses, estimations, ROMs, SOWs, and technical proposals
- Present Saviynt capabilities, IAM strategy, and security solutions to customers and leadership teams
- Work closely with sales teams to identify opportunities and close new business
- Provide executive-level presentations and strategic advisory services
Saviynt Architecture & Delivery Leadership:
- Design end-to-end Saviynt EIC architectures for large-scale enterprise environments
- Lead implementation strategies for:
- Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
- Lifecycle Management
- Role Management
- Access Requests
- Certification Campaigns
- Segregation of Duties (SoD)
- Privileged Access Governance
- Application Onboarding
- CIEM and Cloud Governance
- Define IAM governance standards and best practices
- Lead technical architecture reviews and solution validations
- Mentor engineering and implementation teams globally
- Support delivery teams in resolving complex technical issues
SAP IAM & Integration Expertise:
- Strong understanding of SAP security and SAP IAM ecosystem
- Experience integrating Saviynt with:
- SAP ECC
- SAP S/4HANA
- SAP GRC
- SAP SuccessFactors
- SAP IDM
- SAP Ariba
- SAP BW
- Experience designing SoD controls and governance models
- Ability to collaborate with SAP functional and security teams
Leadership & Practice Development:
- Build and grow Saviynt practice capabilities
- Support hiring, mentoring, and technical leadership initiatives
- Create reusable accelerators, templates, architecture frameworks, and best practices
- Collaborate with offshore and onsite teams across global delivery models
- Drive customer satisfaction and long-term strategic partnerships
Required Skills & Experience:
Mandatory Skills:
- 13+ years of IAM experience
- 8+ years of hands-on Saviynt experience
- Strong expertise in Saviynt EIC/PAM platform
- Deep understanding of IAM concepts and enterprise security architecture
- Strong SAP integration and governance experience
- Experience handling enterprise-level IAM transformations
- Excellent communication and customer presentation skills
- Strong presales and consulting background
- Experience working directly with North American customers
- Ability to travel to USA/Canada for client engagements

Travel Requirements:
- Candidate must be comfortable traveling to North America for:
- Client workshops
- Presales meetings
- Architecture sessions
- Executive presentations
- Go-live support
- Strategic IAM discussions
Travel frequency may vary based on project and customer requirements.
