We are hiring an Saviynt IGA Consultant
- Location: Hyderabad
- Work Model: Hybrid
- Experience: 4 to 8 years

Job Description: Saviynt Consultant / Saviynt Engineer – Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
Experience: 4–8 years (flexible based on role level)
Role Summary
The Saviynt Consultant is responsible for designing, implementing, configuring, and supporting Saviynt Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions across enterprise environments. The role works closely with security, risk, compliance, and application teams to ensure effective identity lifecycle management, access governance, and regulatory compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills:
• Hands-on experience with Saviynt IGA platform.
• Strong understanding of IAM/IGA concepts including identity lifecycle, RBAC, access certifications, and SoD.
• Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, REST/SOAP.
• Working knowledge of SQL, XML/JSON, and workflow configurations.
Functional & Compliance Knowledge:
• Familiarity with SOX, SOC, PCI DSS, and audit-driven access controls.
• Exposure to ITSM processes and enterprise IAM operating models.
Soft Skills:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with global stakeholders.
• Strong documentation and attention to detail.
Education & Certifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Saviynt, IAM, or security certifications preferred.
Nice to Have
• Experience with PAM integrations and Zero Trust concepts.
• Experience in consulting or Big-4 environments.
• Exposure to global / multi-region IAM programs.
We are looking
- Saviynt no support profiles should be shared.
- Basic integration like active directory, azure, schemas should be worked and they should be able to answer.
- Pure Developer profiles client needs. no support at all.
- Saviynt IGA certification will be helpful if they has. if they have certification its a plus point as they wont be getting rejected.
- Saviynt L1 & L2 Certifications are mandatory. if IGA is also there then its an added advantage.
- Basic things are not explaining by candidates like features of Saviynt / or how does it work. so basics should be cleared.
- Also so many candidates are taking help of AI tools in interviews. so we have to scrutinize more. our reputation is becoming bad. where poc has said more like these profiles if they see then we will not be on a good note. we have to check their attitude, behaviour aspects as well thoruoghly.
