Job Title: Saviynt IGA Architect

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Saviynt IGA Architect with strong experience in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-scale Identity Governance and Administration solutions on the Saviynt platform. The role requires deep technical expertise, solution architecture capability, integration experience, and strong client-facing communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, secure Saviynt IGA solutions
- Lead architecture for workflows, connectors, integrations, roles, and access models
- Configure Saviynt components such as connectors, request workflows, certifications, analytics, and entitlements
- Integrate Saviynt with applications, databases, cloud platforms, and target systems
- Develop custom workflows, rules, tasks, and API-based extensions
- Troubleshoot implementation and post-deployment issues
- Ensure compliance with IAM controls, security standards, and regulations like SOX/GDPR
- Support identity lifecycle management and access governance frameworks
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and client-facing solution guidance
- Prepare architecture documents, progress updates, and technical documentation
Required Skills
- 7+ years in IAM, with strong hands-on expertise in Saviynt IGA
- Proven experience in enterprise Saviynt implementations
- Strong knowledge of RBAC, ABAC, provisioning, access reviews, identity lifecycle management
- Experience with SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP, PKI
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or C#
- Experience integrating with AWS, Azure, SaaS applications
- Strong understanding of security, governance, and compliance frameworks
- Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science / IT / related field
- Certifications like Saviynt Certified Engineer, CISSP, CISM, or related IAM certifications
Nice to Have
- Experience with SailPoint, Okta, Azure AD, or other IAM/IGA tools
- Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, automation frameworks
- Experience with Governance Analytics, AI-driven access insights, risk-based identity controls
