Role Overview
We are seeking experienced Saviynt Developers to join our IAM team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Saviynt Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platform, along with hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and supporting identity lifecycle, access governance, and compliance solutions.
Openings are available at Manager, Senior Manager, and Assistant Director levels based on experience and leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities (All Levels)
- Design, develop, and implement IAM solutions using Saviynt IGA platform
- Configure and customize:
- Identity lifecycle management (Joiner-Mover-Leaver)
- Access request workflows
- Role-based access control (RBAC)
- Certifications and access reviews
- Develop connectors and integrations with enterprise systems (AD, Azure AD, SAP, databases, etc.)
- Implement and manage provisioning/de-provisioning processes
- Troubleshoot issues and provide L2/L3 support
- Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory standards
- Prepare technical documentation and process flows
Role-Specific Responsibilities
Manager
- Lead small to mid-size IAM implementation projects
- Mentor junior developers and review their work
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders for requirements gathering
- Ensure timely delivery and quality of IAM solutions
Senior Manager
- Lead large-scale IAM transformation programs
- Define IAM architecture and best practices
- Engage with senior stakeholders and clients
- Drive solution strategy, estimation, and delivery governance
Assistant Director
- Provide strategic direction for IAM initiatives
- Own end-to-end delivery across multiple projects
- Manage client relationships and drive business growth
- Lead pre-sales, proposals, and solution design
- Build and scale IAM capability within the organization
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in IAM, with hands-on Saviynt experience
- Strong understanding of:
- Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
- Access Management concepts
- RBAC, SoD (Segregation of Duties)
- Experience with:
- Java / BeanShell scripting
- REST/SOAP APIs
- SQL/Database queries
- Integration experience with:
- Active Directory / Azure AD
- ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Good understanding of security frameworks (ISO 27001, SOX, GDPR)
Preferred Qualifications
- Saviynt certifications
- Experience in other IAM tools (SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk)
- Exposure to DevOps and automation tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Strong leadership and mentoring ability (for Manager and above)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
