About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Saviynt AAG Developer/Engineer to join our Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Saviynt Application Access Governance (AAG), identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, and application onboarding in enterprise environments.
The candidate will work closely with IAM teams, application owners, and security stakeholders to implement and support scalable identity governance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and support Saviynt AAG solutions across enterprise applications.
- Configure and manage application onboarding, connectors, access requests, provisioning, and de-provisioning workflows.
- Work on user lifecycle management, role management, and access governance processes.
- Develop and maintain workflows, REST/API integrations, and automation within Saviynt.
- Perform access certification, reconciliation, and compliance-related activities.
- Collaborate with business teams and application owners to gather IAM requirements and implement solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to provisioning, authentication, and access management.
- Support integration with target systems, databases, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.
- Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and operational runbooks.
- Ensure adherence to security standards, governance policies, and IAM best practices.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM/IGA).
- Hands-on experience with Saviynt AAG implementation and support.
- Strong understanding of user lifecycle management, RBAC, provisioning, and access governance.
- Experience with Saviynt workflows, REST APIs, and application integrations.
- Knowledge of connectors, access certifications, reconciliation, and compliance processes.
- Familiarity with databases, SQL queries, and API-based integrations.
- Understanding of IAM concepts such as SSO, MFA, RBAC, and least privilege access.
- Experience working with cloud and enterprise applications onboarding.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Saviynt EIC modules and Identity Governance solutions.
- Familiarity with Java, JavaScript, PowerShell, or scripting for automation.
- Knowledge of Azure AD, Okta, CyberArk, SailPoint, or other IAM platforms.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Understanding of compliance frameworks such as SOX, ISO27001, GDPR, or NIST.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
