As Head of Technology, you will lead strategic technology initiatives and digital innovation and build scalable, high-performance solutions aligned with customer and market needs. This strategic role combines technology leadership with hands-on architectural expertise to deliver scalable, future-ready solutions. You will play a critical role in building technical capabilities, accelerating go-to-market strategies, and positioning the company as a technology-led partner for Saviants clients. Key Responsibilities Technology Strategy & Innovation - Define technology roadmap, build core technical capabilities, and drive adoption of the latest digital technologies and modern engineering practices that deliver with speed and quality. - Launch various AI, cloud, or IP-led offerings in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Scalable Architecture & Engineering Excellence - Establish the latest, scalable software architecture and development standards across all projects. - Guide tech stack decisions, embed DevOps, automation, and cloud principles to ensure delivery consistency, speed, and quality. - Through continuous integration of client feedback, performance data, and industry benchmarks, you will refine delivery frameworks to drive measurable impact and customer success. GTM Acceleration & Market Positioning - Lead the development of IP, whitepapers, and thought leadership that elevate Saviants brand authority and open new revenue streams.
