Our Early Career Programmes are designed to help you shape your future as a young professional. From the start, you will have the chance to make a lasting and visible impact while being part of a team that lives and breathes racing every single day.

From 2026, we will compete in Formula 1 as the future Audi F1 Team. Our headquarters and heart of our operations is in Hinwil, Switzerland. We have a state-of-the-art motorsport facility in Neuburg an der Donau, Germany where our Power Unit is both designed and manufactured. We also have a site in Bicester, UK located in the heart of Motorsport Valley, which complements our operations in Hinwil and Neuburg.
