We are looking for a talented and motivated Backend Engineer to join our growing team. As a Backend Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining the server-side logic, databases, and APIs that power our applications. You’ll collaborate closely with frontend engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to build reliable, scalable, and high-performance backend systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain backend systems, services, and APIs.
2. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
3. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices for software development.
4. Work with databases, data models, and data structures to ensure seamless integration with front-end systems.
5. Troubleshoot and debug issues in production and pre-production environments.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and ensure timely delivery.
7. Implement security and data protection measures to ensure system integrity.
8. Continuously explore and evaluate new technologies and methods to improve backend performance and efficiency.
   
   

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience working as a Backend Engineer, with strong knowledge of backend development.
3. Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, Node.js, or similar.
4. Experience with backend frameworks (e.g., Django, Spring, Express.js).
5. Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
6. Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling.
7. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus.
8. Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
9. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
10. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
