Associate Consultant, CSR

The Associate Consultant will play a key role in designing solutions to meet CSR customer needs and drive measurable social impact. You'll collaborate with the corporate sector in India, contributing to business development efforts and working across various thematic areas. The candidate will be based out of the client's office for five days/week. In addition, the following will be the key responsibilities: Ensure effective and frequent communication with internal and external stakeholders through sharing detailed work plans, project governance decks, and minutes Lead primary and secondary research to arrive at insights required to solve problems Contribute to problem-solving and ideating for solutions through different frameworks, creating and validating hypotheses Program monitoring of mid-to-large sized programs within CSR portfolio Document and prepare key project artifacts notes/decks/databases/excels to ensure efficient delivery of quality client-facing products Create reports and tools to inform the effectiveness of the project. Document learnings to create reusable knowledge from the project Contribute to the creation of proposals after understanding project financials at a headline level Go beyond own deliverables to support others in the team or the larger organization where required Support in the documentation of learnings and potentially the creation of reusable knowledge from the project
